Consulting
Much of my work begins with a call asking for my assistance or advice in helping think through an issue. The issue may involve a staff conflict, questions about providing someone constructive feedback, a concern about an employee’s work performance, a desire to help staff deal with a recent or upcoming organizational transition or a troubling dynamic occurring within a team. I am always available to consult on any issue you are facing and, if I do not have the appropriate expertise, I am happy to refer you to someone who does. Examples of my consulting work include helping a management team develop an organizational intervention to deal with a specific problem or issue, working with an Executive Director to enhance communications with his Board of Directors and helping a group improve team cohesion.
