Offers trainings that look at oppression from target/non-target perspectives and examines four levels of oppression: personal/interpersonal/institutional/cultural. Uses interactive techniques and some transactional analysis (TA) to discuss issues. Race/racism is used as the issue for primary analysis, but model/trainings encompass all aspects of multiculturalism. Design workshops based on organizational issues. Also available for on site trainings/consulting.

A national educational and professional development organization whose mission is to engage teachers and students of diverse backgrounds in an examination of racism, prejudice and anti-Semitism in order to promote the development of a more humane and informed citizenry. By studying the historical development and lessons of the Holocaust and other examples of collective violence, students make the essential connection between history and the moral choices they confront in their own lives.
