Customized Trainings
I am available to help you assess the best type of training for your staff. The assessment process begins by determining:
- What you want to achieve from the training, generally?
- What learning outcomes you want participants to walk away with?
- What, if any, time frames and/or budgetary and constraints you have?
Based on this information, I will design a training proposal that best meets your needs.
My trainings style is extremely interactive – encouraging participants to practice the skills and concepts I teach throughout the session. Understanding that adult learning requires active participation, I keep participants involved by varying my teaching techniques to include many of the following:
- work in dyads
- small group work
- individual assesments
- time to write
- opportunities to receive feedback
- role plays
- case studies
